She has been in the IT industry for over 18 years and her IT background is in Programming & Training. She is skilled at creating structured process modules. Moreover, her on-the-job experience has offered her a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate analytical and communication abilities.
In addition to her experience and personal qualities, she have a solid educational foundation and a passion for performance management and training optimisation.

Suganthi Suparmaniam started her career as a cadet journalist with the New Straits Times in 2006 where she worked on general news and was attached to the political desk. She moved to Astro Awani where she was a digital editor from 2013 until 2018. She ventured into corporate communication after 11 years in the news media. In 2019, she took a year off work to complete her Masters's in Media Studies at University Malaya.
In the same year, she authored The Story of Bentong Kali: Crime & Society in 90s Kuala Lumpur (published by Gerak Budaya). She has also written another book based on the stateless people in Malaysia, titled Between the Cracks (published by Canada based Ukiyoto). In her current role as a stakeholder engagement manager, she is responsible for delivering the communication needs of clients.

Goh Kee Wei (Kalvin) started his career as an account assistant in 2006 to practice his profession in accounting, audit and taxation. In 2013, Kalvin move into the sales industry as a property and insurance consultant to mastery the sales technique. He also takes a role as life coach in Persatuan Yuan Man and event manager in IBA.
He always believes there is no present destiny, everyone has his own option to determine the life goal. His core missions are to assist trainees in recognising their talent, expertise, capability in order to provide a clear direction to them. When comes to training, he is very passionate in managing his class with great enthusiasm and passion.
